Is a customer service standard needed in the UK?
On the 21st of September 2005, SOCAP in Europe held a
discussion between leaders of some leading businesses within the UK.
The purpose of the meeting was to try and determine if a
customer service standard would be beneficial in the UK.
And what sort of format should it take.
The meeting was supported by British Standards Institute.
