Case Studies
Another case study - but it's not McDonalds fault!
Consider this:
Dave loves going to the cinema. Dave also loves ice cream.
Dave books some tickets for him, his wife and two friends to visit his local cinema. They arrive with just a few minutes to spare and have parked right next to a McDonalds restaurant. Dave notices that McDonalds are selling a soft whipped ice cream in a tub that they call McFlurry and he decides to buy one.
The group arrives at the cinema with Dave carrying the ice cream - still with its lid on and untouched. The ticket collector refuses to let Dave enter the cinema carrying the McDonalds product. It would be okay for Dave to enter if he'd bought an ice cream from the cinema's own ice cream stall but not with a McDonalds product.
Dave is told that he can put his ice cream into the waste bin or he can stand in the reception area and eat it. The film is about to start and Dave doesn't want to miss it. He had imagined sitting down to enjoy a good film and enjoy his ice cream.
So what would your Team do?
Think it through and brainstorm some ideas.
